Fees and Financial Support
Payment Instructions
Payments for the fees should be made by Credit cards (Visa or Master) or bank transfer.
If you have any problems using your credit card to pay the fee, please contact the secretariat. we will arrange a special method for payment.
On-site registration is available during the conference. Only payment by cash (Japanese Yen) will be accepted.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation fee up to JPY 5000 will be charged on or before May 20, 2012; no refund will be allowed for cancellation afterwards.

If you are a resident of the countries designated by the IMS Council, i.e. you are currently living in one of the designated countries (and without a job in a non-designated country) and having a passport of one of the designated countries, you will be eligible for reduced fees as shown below.

Restrictions
Reduced fees for the member of the sponsoring societies apply only to those who hold the memberships as of March 31, 2012.
Notes to non-citizens of Japan
If you are required to obtain entry visa to Japan, please apply for entry visa at your nearest Japanese embassy or consulate well in advance. If you need a letter of invitation to visit IMS-APRM, please contact the Secretariat. sec@ims-aprm2012.org
Financial support
Some limited travel fund is available. We will decide financial supports by the end of March, considering all the applications for the support and the overall budget for the conference. To be eligible for the travel fund,
1.one should have submitted an abstract for the Second IMS-APRM;
2.one should be a junior faculty (received Ph.D. in 2007 or later) or a graduate student.
Please send your application to support@ims-aprm2012.org by March 31, 2012.
Your application should include:
1.the confirmation number of the abstract submission for the Second IMS-APRM,
2.some document which shows the year of your Ph.D. for junior faculty or of the expected date of Ph.D. for graduate student, and
3.a recommendation letter from a senior faculty member or your advisor.
